February 22 - April 10, 2010

Argentina, Chile and the Cruise: After arriving in Buenos Aires, we visited the falls at Iguazu, boarded the Norwegian Sun for a 14 day cruise around the "Horn" and up to Valpariso / Santiago. We did some wine touring in the area and then flew to Arica and hired a taxi for the trip into Peru.

Peru - The second part of our trip the main feature of which was a 7 day trek through the Andes to Machu Picchu. After the trek we viewed the "Lines" in Nazca and relaxed at a wonderful resort in Paracas.
